Do We Have the Right Books of the Bible?

There are some who propose that the New Testament is missing books that continan legitimate teachings of Jesus. There are also Christians who have extra books at the end of their Old Testament. With this debate inside and outside of the Church, how can we be sure we have the right books of the Bible?
